Reviews for Restoran Furia
Review highlights
Based on 659 reviewsRestoran Furia is widely praised for its fresh and flavorful seafood offerings, consistently highlighted as a key strength. The restaurant's location above a bustling market adds a lively, authentic atmosphere, attracting both locals and visitors. Patrons appreciate the affordable pricing and generous portions, often noting the freshness of wild and farmed fish alike. The service receives mixed feedback; while many commend the friendly and knowledgeable staff, some express concerns about limited menu availability later in the day and additional charges for extras such as sauces and bread. Despite occasional wait times and a relatively early closing time, the overall dining experience is considered worthwhile. The restaurant's rustic decor and outdoor seating with market views further contribute to its charm, reinforcing its reputation as a popular spot for quality seafood in Pula’s town center.
fantastic, affordable, and fresh seafood. it's located just above a busy marketplace, full of locals. the location is super busy, with outdated but strangely fitting decor. the waitress politely explained what is fresh and what is frozen. we settled for tuna steak and grilled shark. the portions are rich, and truly fresh and tasty, decoreted with salad for added flavor profile. 2 beers and 2 portions of fresh and premium sea food for 27 euro.
Absolutely fantastic seafood dishes, fresh, well-seasoned. We were warmly welcomed by the smiling staff. The dishes were served quickly. The price was reasonable, and we didn't feel like we overpaid. Highly recommend.
The food is absolutely amazing and the prices are affordable although the staff isn't that friendly. The place is working only until 15:00 but already at 13:00 they don't serve everything that's on the menu due to "it's closing soon". Also they're charging for sauces like mayo and ketchup and they're charging for the bread that they bring without asking if you want any. Still the food was fresh and lovely!
Great little restaurant that is above the market. They serve very fresh fish/seafood. Amazing tasting, had there the best fish in my life. After 12 there are not all options since they are sold-out. Prices are very reasonable and if you manage to get a table outside you also get a nice view.
A place to eat fish in centre of town. They have wild fish in daly offer, as well as grown. Prices are totally acceptable. The staff is amazing, chef is encrideble! Sometimes you have to wait for the table a while, but it is completely worth it. Every time we ate here it was great
We have been travelling Croatia for three weeks and ate in many restaurants. However, we have never had such a fantastic seafood meal ever! The Tuna steak was of very generous side, perfectly cooked, and had mangold and potatoes on the side. The octopus salad was also of very generous side, the octopus nice and tender, and not too many potatoes added. The service was friendly and very helpful. When you arrive at 1pm, as we did, some of the dishes are not available anymore. Unfortunately, we have leave tomorrow otherwise we will be back and back and back....
4 stars. Located on the top floor of the marketplace building. Offers seating inside the building or on the balcony. Food was nice and fresh. Understandably not everything on the menu was in season / available. We had the octopus salad and a couple of pieces of fish. Fresh and cooked well. Washed down with a lovely glass of local white wine. €30 for 2 people. Can't fault the value. Happily recommend this place.
The service is great and smiling. The fried squid is average - not expensive, but the portion It's not something that will make you full.
